Your satisfaction is what matters most!

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase after receiving it, email us no later than 14 days following the receipt of your order. There are no refunds after 30 days. 

Returned product must be in original, unused condition.  We do not accept merchandise that has been used or damaged. Upon receipt and inspection of returned item(s), we will refund the purchase price minus a 15% restocking fee.

Return shipping and any subsequent damages incurred during return shipping are the responsibility of the purchaser.  No CODs. 

A refusal or cancellation of shipment is billable for return as well as a 15% restocking fee. 

KARVD Walls cannot accept physical, in-person returns. KARVD Walls cannot accept merchandise purchased through a distributor/retailer/vendor or their returns.  Please contact the distributor/retailer/vendor directly.  KARVD Walls outlet and markdown products are non-refundable.  Customizations, modifications, samples and gift cards cannot be returned for a refund.
