Limited Warranty

 

KARVD Walls (herein “KARVD”) warrants to the first party purchasing from KARVD that, for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery of the item in question, KARVD will, at its option, repair, replace or refund the purchase price, for any product manufactured by KARVD that is defective in materials or workmanship. The decision as to whether to repair or replace the item, or to refund the purchase price, is in the sole and absolute discretion of KARVD. In the event KARVD elects to refund the purchase price, KARVD, at its option, may require the original item to be returned prior to a refund being made. With respect to the remedy of repair or replacement, if identical materials or products are unavailable at the time of repair or replacement, KARVD reserves the right to substitute materials or products of equal or better quality. The remedy provided herein is the sole and exclusive remedy of the KARVD.       

This warranty does not cover damage to KARVD products that is not caused by a defect in materials or workmanship.  The type of damage or material flaws not covered by this warranty includes, but is not limited to:

  • Damage caused by normal wear and tear

  • Misuse, abuse, neglect, improper storage, installation, accidents

  • Improper or inadequate maintenance or cleaning

  • Improper repair, alterations or modifications

  • Accidents, trauma, fire, water damage, catastrophe

  • Damage caused during transportation or shipping

  • Non-residential use or use for which the product was not designed

  • Fading or discoloration due to elements such as sunlight

  • Warping due to excessive humidity, moisture other extreme environmental conditions

  • Natural wood characteristics including, including but not limited to grain, texture, tonal qualities and knots

As the manufacturer, KARVD stands behind its craftsmanship and pledges to do everything it can to reasonably resolve, as quickly as possible, any problems you may have with the product within the terms and conditions of this warranty.

KARVD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO PURCHASER OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RESULTING IN ANY MALFUNCTIONS, DELAYS, LOSS OF PROFIT, INTERRUPTION OF BUSINESS, PERSONAL INJURY, BODILY INJURY, DEATH, DISMEMBERMENT, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE.

PRODUCT REPRESENTATION POLICY

We take great care to ensure the colors you see onscreen are accurately represented, but please be aware that there are differences between computer monitors and device screens. The color you see on your screen may vary slightly from actual item, based on your monitor's settings. Also please note, that the lighting and ambient color of your room may vary from the lighting in the product photos. These differences may result in slight variations between the photos and the physical product.

DELIVERY POLICY

KARVD is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier's tracking designates your package as “delivered”. If you would prefer a "signature required" upgrade to your shipping please contact us.
